These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yardaloo’s services, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Yardaloo connects customers with independent yard care professionals to provide recurring lawn maintenance and pet waste removal services. We serve as a platform to facilitate these connections and manage scheduling, communication, and payment processing.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Yardaloo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Yardaloo facilitates scheduling with yard care providers. While we strive to ensure reliable service delivery, we do not guarantee specific appointment times or service outcomes. Service may be rescheduled due to weather, provider availability, or other circumstances.
You agree to pay for all services scheduled through Yardaloo in accordance with the pricing listed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Charges are recurring based on your selected service plan unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
To cancel a recurring service, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled visit. Refunds may be issued at Yardaloo’s discretion in cases of service failure or extenuating circumstances.
Yardaloo is not the employer of the yard care providers who use our platform. They are independent contractors responsible for the services they perform. We do not supervise or control their work.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Harass or abuse providers or other users.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yardaloo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yardaloo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
